Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all items are carefully packaged for transit in their original packaging.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong product, please contact us at customercare@mahadevanindustriesprivatelimited.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition as soon as possible. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@mahadevanindustriesprivatelimited.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Refunds

We will notify you within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's standard processing times.
